So you can use these shock-absorbing inserts when walking, running and playing sports. Order more than one pair because you will want to have these in every pair of shoes you own! These can be used in sneakers, shoes, high heels, boots... Also, there is no adhesive, the blue silicone is tacky enough to keep them in place.
